I am writing to you to compliment one of your staff members, Liszanda Norman. 

My partner and I have relocated to JHB over the past month, and it has been a huge ordeal for us.  From cars breaking down, to cars being uplifted and getting hired cars organized withing an hour, Liszanda jumped around and gave us the best service. Her sincerity on the phone was genuine, and she had no hesitation to assist and without any questions asked.

I’m writing to express my appreciation for the exceptional service I received from Elizma during a recent matter. Her professionalism, empathy, and dedication have left a lasting impression on me, and I believe it’s important to acknowledge the profound impact she has made.

Elizma approached my situation with genuine care and attentiveness. She listened deeply and held space for me in a way that made me feel truly heard and understood. Her ability to engage with empathy and sincerity transformed a very stressful experience into one where I felt supported and reassured. She restored my trust and confidence in this process.

I would just like to place on record my sincere appreciation of the service that Steve and I were provided by Mishkah following our motor claim.

Although the accident occurred on 31 January 2025, the finally repaired vehicle was collected on 13 August 2025, through no fault or delays on the part of AIB, Santam or De Jongh's Panelbeaters.  Unfortunately we had to wait for parts from Japan which was totally out of the control of all parties concerned.

During the almost 6½ months of waiting, Mishkah has been an absolute Star!!  She ensured that we received weekly updates on progress telephonically as well as regular emails..  Her patience, politeness, positive attitude and endearing demeanour is remarkable and is testimony to exactly what Customer Service is all about. Thank you most sincerely from both Steve and I.

In all honesty, it’s been a difficult couple of years, and our economy is cause for lots of sleepless nights. BUT working with a company that ACTUALLY cares, that WANT to help makes all the difference, the service and support you and your team supply is unique and often unexpected. I have come to expect a mediocre service from suppliers in Cape Town and then your staff assist me and it’s as if a weight is lifted from my shoulders. 

I am extremely grateful for the type of service you provide; I realize that you must be dealing with large corporates, but I have always been treated as a VIP (or that’s how I feel when I interact with your staff.
